From 1995 through 2010 Jeff worked in the mortgage business. He moved to real estate full time in 2011, but that background still shapes how he prepares clients: what a lender will ask for, why an underwriter pauses a file, and how financing timelines shape the strength of an offer.
Jeff is a licensed Nevada real estate agent, not a loan originator. He explains the process and works alongside your lender — he does not offer loan or financial advice.
