Serving Local Heroes

Jeff's practice has a focus, and it isn't an accident.

In 2017 Jeff chose to build his real estate practice around the law-enforcement officers, teachers, nurses, firefighters, military members, and veterans of the Las Vegas Valley. His reasoning was straightforward: these are the people who show up for everyone else, and they deserve an advocate who will care for them the way they care for this community.

In practice that means four commitments — trust, truth, safety, and secure guidance. Trust, because you should never wonder whose interest is being served. Truth, even when the honest answer is “this house isn't the one” or “now isn't your moment.” Safety, in how your information, your schedule, and your privacy are handled. And secure guidance, so every step of the transaction is explained before it happens.

Nurses & healthcare

Rotating shifts, on-call weeks, and travel contracts change what a workable commute and a workable showing schedule look like.

Teachers & school staff

Moves that have to fit a school calendar, and budgets that need to hold steady through a ten-month pay cycle.

Firefighters & EMS

24- and 48-hour shifts mean tours, inspections, and signings have to be scheduled around a duty roster.

Law enforcement

Privacy matters, response-time boundaries matter, and so does an agent who understands why.

Military & veterans

Orders, timelines, and VA-eligible financing questions that deserve patient, plain-language answers from your lender and your agent.

Not in one of those roles?

You're still welcome to reach out. Jeff serves buyers and sellers throughout Las Vegas Valley, and if someone else is a better fit for your situation he'll tell you that too.
